    No problems so far. I do like the fact that that the security software is already built in and I do not have to install it on new computers; I just ave to remember the password. I'm not sure how it's (WD's) security software holds up against other downloadable software but I'm going to assume it's no worse than freeware.

    External drive seems very well build and durable, sleek small design, runs fast. The finish is well done, doesn't scratch or chip easily. Software to encrypt the hard drive is already on the hard drive ready to be installed and for 5TB of storage the price is fairly reasonable.
