    The first unit I received in the mail started clicking as soon as I plugged it into my laptop. Neither my laptop nor Xbox One could read it. After a few attempts the hard drive finally registered on both devices. I ended up exchanging the first unit I received and the hard drive has been working flawlessly since.

    Great external hard drive . I still worked normally after an accidental drop from the balcony almost 10 feet, I was surprised by how resilient it is.
