It's never been dropped, so i'm not sure what the issue is, but all of a sudden.It can't be recognized by any computer.So all my photos are gone unless I pay big money for recovery service.

It gets loose very easily. While you are transfering data with avery small touch or move, it is disconnected. This is frustrating.
