Great little hard drive and the guys at Best Buy formatted it for me to fat 32 so the service was great and the product is great

I have not had any issues with this hard drive, I have uploaded over 300 movies and music and the best thing is I just plugged it into my Samsung TV and all it does is work. Very minimal heat buildup, I like it so far

I purchased this to backup many, many CDs. It's big enough to hold them all. I had some of my music on another WD drive, and copying from one drive to the other went very quickly. Very happy with this drive!

Love the tiny red box that can hold more pictures then my brand new computer. I used this storage to download everything from my old computer and then have it available for my new one!

So all in all this is exactly what it says. 4TB! Works great with my PS4, allowing me to download many large games! The only reason it isn’t a 5 star is because the connecter to the hard drive isn’t the best. I had problems with the cord moving just a little bit then the hard drive would be disconnected. But once I I put it a nice stable place I’ve never had that problem again!

I bought the 4TB drive to back up data and pictures on 2 different computers, One a desktop and one a laptop. The USB 3.0 coupled with an interface cable that was USB 3.0 also, made the data transfer fast and accurate.

WD have the best hard drives, fast and durable. Good speed, compatible with Mac or Windows, I have at least 15 hard drives for my different projects, from 1 to 8T, I prefer the small ones of 1T just for each project. I would recommend you WD brand.

Way clunky- thought it would be the standard passport size. I like the portability of the standard drives because I can attach them as backups to computers or my Arlo system, but I guess it is portable and has way more storage than a flash drive. Would be easier to buy again if it were smaller.

Very good storage. Beware apple users, you need to format the drive before using it. Besides that, it is terrific for storing projects. The connecting cable is not common so treat it well or you'll have trouble ordering a new one online.

The WD - My Passport 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive is a reliable HDD that I use for backing up my 'work in progress.' Read-write speeds are acceptable.
