    Although I had trouble setting it up and figuring out how to use it, once that got ironed out I am very happy with this product. I would give it two stars for ease of setting up, but 5 stars for backup storage ability.

    This is a good drive, and to be fair, I haven't tried the encryption, but it is totally software based, so I'm reluctant to try it. But, the size of the drive is fantastic and the price was better. So, all in all, I would buy another if I need it.

    I am legally blind I needed to have The geek squad bifurcate my hard drive so that it ran windows in addition to the native apple. Not only did they do that but they’re installed jaws and zoom text software, in addition to, acrobat, reader and Microsoft word. At all Times, the Geek Squad staff were attentive, considerate, and extremely patient. Highly recommended! unparalleled service.
