    I have a windows 10 PC and spent a lot of time with support trying to get the back-up program to work automatically. Basically, it will not recognize my photo files on windows. I have to manually copy the files from A to B which is OK, but not as advertised by WD. I hope there is an update that will fix this.

    Fast, easy to use, but after 5 months the drive needs to be sent in for memory recovery - very disappointed and now out the $ to recover data.

    Waited 15 minutes for curbside pickup, then went into the store, waited on line since the person doing the curbside had other responsibilities. Then I was treated rudely. I am not going to be back to Best Buy when I can get the same products at Target or Amazon
