Incredible value. backed up all my data, photos and music. Reasonable price and easy to use.

The Western Digital External 4TB Hard Drive came unformatted and was not recognized by the Western Digital apps such as Utilities and Security. Disk Management showed that the device just had Raw Data. Had to go online to find out right parameters to properly format the drive and put a file system on it. On the Western Digital website, it said that the external drives are suppose to be formatted. Also, my previous drives alway came with recent versions of the apps, but this one didn’t. Price was good, and drive works after I formatted it.

Lots of storage at a very good price, and it works great to back up my desktop drives. Also like the compact size and no need for external power supply like my old back up drives.

Very good product. I am using it as a backup drive which will taken offsite and stored in a safe deposit box. It is small and light and doesn't take up much room in the box. It is fast enough to pull data at about half of the maximum SATA speed (much faster that an inexpensive SSD when receiving a large amount of data). I run the backup every two weeks or so, so I'm not worried about the drive longevity.

This WD product is excellent I own three of them and they have never failed me. Pricing after my research also proved Best Buy to have the very best price.

I bought this for my PS4 to install my games on it. It worked exactly how you would want it to. The cool thing is, when I got a PS5 for my son, I plugged this in and it read all of my games without issue. You can put PS5 games on here if you don't want to delete and re-download, but you can't play PS5 games off of it (not the drive's fault, PS5 just needs direct access which is a new feature only on nvme pcie gen 4 drives), but PS4 games work perfectly. 10/10 would buy again.

Great little hard drive. Easy to use, lots of storage for the price. Would recommend for portability, and value.

I was able to store two computers worth of videos and pictures and still have plenty of room for more. I love this Passport since iis so compact and can fit in my shirt pocket.

I bought this because I am constantly on the go and needed the extra memory for my computer. The size is perfect and easily fits in my computer bag. Very Easy to Use.
