Recently I found it was not recognized by computer. Checked with BestBuy, the BestBuy young girl was really nice and tried her best to solve the problem. But finally failed to get it recovered. She asked me to contact manufacture as BestBuy is only a seller and isn't responsible for any product problem. I lost all my files in my Passport, really a disaster for my job and my family!!! Never recommend this product!
