4K for Money

It was for free with the new TV. Why would you pay for this unit and then have to pay a lot to get 4K. They should give this away for what they charge for the 4K.

They make it seem plug n play but it's not you have to download an app on your tv, then you have to purchase the movie to either rent or watch or buy. Less features than my Apple TV which I love!

Not as advertised. Big disappointment

The movies on the device require registration with FandangoNow. Ok, done. Activate TV on account, but still can't watch movies. Try to submit for credit from card included with TV but it won't work. After submitting through customer service, I am told that the offer has expired. What? There is no expiration date on the card. Basically paid $90 for a 1 TB backup drive that would have normally cost $60.

You get some sort of redemption code for 3 free movies that you have to download after signing up for some service. How cheap. I am using the drive for my PC instead.

Returned it as it didn't work with my Samsung TV
