I recieved this free with my tv and haven't used it yet

We got this free with our Samsung Curved TV. The hard drive is still working and is very portable.

ITS A VERY GOOD INVENTION , WONDERFUL AND USEFUL PRACTICAL AS WELL AS CREATIVE

I like the WD passport size it's perfect to keep in pocket.

The salesman said this item was like an Apple TV device for Samsung. It is nothing but a 1TB external drive for the TV. Glad it was free.

i got this as a free item, but till today i didnt understand how to wacth movies that already preloaded in it.

It was free with purchase of tv. No one could tell me how to set up. Seemed kind of useless. Never really tried to set up.

We were told free movies for a year. We got two. We must pay for others. Not useful.

My Passport Cinema come with two free movies, this was the reason I purchased it. Make sure you read the box to make sure that it says two free movies. The menu is hard to navigate through and you have to use M-Go to watch the movies that you purchased even though it is installed on the hard drive. Don't like how M-Go ask you for your credit card information to purchase movies instead of using paypal.

Free with Samsung tv...first issue, the"Quick Start Guide" is just a cartoon showing plugging it into tv! Not a word except support phone numbers. That's a good thing as it turns out. TV sees the drive but says nothing on it. Call WD support. You must download an app to the tv for MGo, a movie service. Do so and now have list of movies I can buy for $25. The movies on the drive? Won't work. Call MGo support and spend an hour setting and resetting the drive. Won't work. Got a free movie rental though. The cheap ones. This is just a shill drive to get you to buy expensive movies. They should GIVE you the drive! Not sure if it can hold anyone else's movies. Could probably erase it and reprogram it as a spare hard drive, or use it as a drink coaster.

Hey look at this, just bought this from Best Buy and then I go to hook it up and it doesn't work. I tried it on my Asus (Windows 8), Acer (Windows 7), and then just to see, my Xbox One. It didn't work. Did I get get a broken product or something. It came fresh from the package. It makes a sound like rrrrrrrrnnnneeeeerrrr tick tick tick then repeat over and over again. I bet the thing that spins for the thing to work is broken, just a guess. The only thing that works is the light and I didn't spend all that money for a light. I bought this thing yesterday can I get a new one or something or a product that has the same use I will return the product and change review.

Hard drive was a free promotion with the purchase of a Samsung tv. Had 2 preloaded free movies and a nice selection of movies purchase or rent in HD.

Free two movies, and added storage, and It stores ultra HD movies and it uploads really fast.

Came free with the tv purchase. Had a few loaded movies once I was finally able to log into the thing. I had to call support and they helped. Directions not good at all.

Free with purchase of tv. Got the 2 free movies to come up and deleted other movies to be able to purchase other UHD/HDR movies. The problem: it won't let us purchase anything. Called Fandango Now customer service. We were told that you can only rent movies (what!). Argued over the phone for one hour, activated the account many times, and then reset hub as requested-nothing worked. Was looking forward to purchasing UHD/HDR movies-extremely frustrated!
