On the new Samsung UHD Blu Ray player. I am holding on to it just in case it does in the future.

I have not got the preloaded 4K content to work yet mgo is looking into why the movies are greyed out and not accessible

It's a hard drive and the purpose is all good and well but I thought it would be preloaded with 4k movies. The thing is you need to download the M-GO app on the tv. The only way I've found is to wait for a couple of hours to download one 4k movie. I haven't been able to watch any 4k movies this hard drive promises because my 80gb/s download speed takes 30min to get to 12% download.

Received this free with a samsung tv I purchased at BB. Works well, but you do have to sign into an online movie site(its free). The loaded movies are in 4k they look amazing.

I have used many WD drives in the past and all seems to work fine including this drive. So the physical device is fine put a limitation of using M-GO App only is not acceptable. Of the two free movies that came with the device only (1) is showing, Maze Runner is giving me a blank screen.

It took me awhile to get this to work and had to call twice. Not sure if I was just impatient or what.

works ok for storage, still havent been able to watch the "free movies" lots of cheaper alternatives.

A storehouse for those who like to buy movies. Not my thing at all so it hasn't been used.

This was complicated and wasn't easy to set up. Was suppose to come with 2 free movies. Couldn't get one to play and called Mgo and they were not only no help, but were rude to boot. When we called the Passport people they said that they were having trouble downloading certain movies. However the movie that did play worked fine.

I have not used the product yet because still trying to figure out all gadgets on the tv

This came up as a bonus to test the 4K resolution. It is load up with 2 free movies and I can tell the resolution is amazing and mind blowing.

Got this with the purchase of TV,should have come with 3free movies and it didnt.but its good

Have tried to access on new Samsung TV numerous times, but unable to open and/or access movies. Need to call Geek Squad for help. But it was free with TV purchase so not too upset.

My son set up for me, says it was. Easy to do. It offers a great deal more memory which with everything we use on our TV.

Product was free with purchase of TV. Salesman didn't even bring it up. I noticed the sign and asked about it. His reaction told me everything needed to know. Pretty much worthless. Set up is next to impossible and not many uses for it.

Very useful to store HD movies. haven't tried using it as a regular store disk

I received this hard drive in a package when I purchased the 55 inch TV. I have tried but am unable to access it. I was told there were 2 movies loaded on the drive but does me no good since no one showed me how to access it and the store seems too busy to come to the phone to help.

The drive is great. The movies have to be used with the MGO app on the Samsung TV's. You get (2) movies from free that are 4k HDR. You have to buy the rest at about $29.00 Each. I just transferred the (2) movies to my other Samsung drive and wiped the WD drive for backing up pictures and music.
