Needed a larger capacity external hard drive

The associates were helpful locating what I needed and it happened to be on sale, so I was very pleased at that.

Great plug and play - nice small footprint

This 2 TB unit is quick and stable and in a great small size. It's nice that WB makes a 2 TB unit already formatted to MAC. They make larger capacity unformatted HD's - but I didn't want to mess around with the formatting. I do wish, however, that they made a 3TB or 4TB my passport already formatted for MAC.

Faulty = Bad/Working = Great

It came pre-formatted for Mac and cost $10 more than the one you format yourself for either PC or Mac. The time that step would have taken wasn't worth $10. Since it was a faulty unit didn't matter. I exchanged it for a 3 TB unit and formatted myself. The new one works fine. The exchange at BestBuy was easy. Though annoying to have to take the time to do that. If you get a unit that is not faulty great. Get the one that you format yourself.

Good drive 4TB of space
