    I’m completely happy with “My Passport “ 2TB external hard drive. I did contact technical support to get help when I got stuck installing the drive my Dell desktop. Once we finished the install, I was able to down load from my IPhone cloud to My Passport. I needed the extra for videos and photos. Just a great experience.

    As a professional I needed a dedicated external drive to ensure photos were not lost. I use this drive as a backup and backup to my backup for post-processed images, just in case my primary drive crashes. I have several of these My Passport drives from 2-4TB for different projects and they have never let me down. Yes, I would definitely highly recommend them.

    I backed up all the information from my Mac Book Pro. It was easy to do and better than that it was able to store and secure my information , thousands of pictures, videos, thousands of pieces of music. I just love that I have a back up and that I still have room on this hard drive to add more when I feel like it. Great deal,,,Deborah

    Picked up this portable storage device for my daughter who's in college and needed backup device for her MacBook Pro. Installed easily without any problems. Very fast speeds. Have always been impressed with WD drives. Very reliable. Also was recommended by the local Apple Repair Dealer.

    Has great storage. I was able to download all the data from my MAC. The external drive has still more storage even after this download. It is worth the money I paid.
