We bought to replace one that quit working. My daughter uses a mac, so this is excellent for the projects she works on. Much better than former brand we had.

I can only say very little as I have just gotten “my passport”. I have used WD external hard drives since the company first sold them. I see no reason to ever go to another brand. I have will stay their loyal customer.

Using this hard drive is super easy. Just plug it in and you are ready to go. More than enought space to store years of pictures.Would buy again.

I would recommend this! The size is small and doesn't weigh much. It also works fast and easily works on a Mac.

So far it works good. I only put 4 stars as I have not used it or had it that long. It does seem slippery, that I honestly my only worry cause I have butter fingers.

This HD has been inconsistent, when using it on my MacBook air, it frequently crashes and self ejects. However, with my MacBook Pro M3 it works just fine. No idea why it does this but, wish it worked smoothly across the board.
