Probably good drive. I just got a rare bad one.

But have always used the Ultra line. This one didn’t mount and Drive Utility couldn’t see it. So I took it back and replaced with a more expensive WD Ultra for Mac. The mediocre score is because despite it not working (1 star) this is so utterly rare for me with WD (5 star) that i don’t want you to avoid the brand. WD are the best hard drives on the market in my opinion.

Great portable hard drive for my MacBook

The first place I thought of to look for a replacement hard drive was Best Buy. I was lucky to find the WD My Passport for Mac 2TB on sale at Best Buy while I was searching. They were having a large sale of hard drives at the time and I found this one for a good price. Thanks Best Buy!
