Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard drive's ease of use, ample storage, and reliable performance. Many appreciate its compact size and find it to be a good value for the price. The USB connectivity is also frequently praised. While some users found the included software less than intuitive, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern.

So far so good
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Always have been a fan of western digital external and internal hard drives. Nothing special compared to what they already have but it's definitely a reliable external.

Good product when it works
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. When I plug my WD - My Passport Ultra 1TB External USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive into my computer, the computer fails to recognize the device. I have to unplug the device and plug it in again several times until my computer recognizes the device. This device replaces two other WD external hard drives which always worked properly, first time, every time. I think the USB cable may be too small for the computer ports. When the computer finally does recognize the device, the device works very well.
