Customer Ratings & Reviews

I do not like the fact that you are limited to the number of items you can put in your cart to purchase. I had to make (4) transactions.

Easy to use and easy to transport. I would recommend this to anyone looking for external drive

easy to hook up, load software and configure. It comes with software for un-attended backups

Exactly what I was looking for in a hard drive. Also inexpensive due to cloud storage services.

Our Macbook was going haywire with space so we opted for an external drive. After talking to the sales associated we chose the classic black Wd - My Passport Ultra 1tb External Usb 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive. Set-up was a bit more involved than I'd like because the device has issue connecting with the laptop but once installed worked well.

I really enjoy this product. It's very easy to setup and great to have as a backup device.

This was my first time buying external hard drive. And it worked great with my computer.

I'm not tech savvy but not a novice either..I found this difficult to install and difficult to manage /file downloads from my PC.

This is an excellent product for a beginner. Returned it and got a bigger TB hard drive.

no complain at all. is may main drive to hold all my photos and videos. i love it.

Got this drive during those daily deals. Great price for a drive to use as a backup.

Works good and fast would recommend to anyone who needs a light weight storage device.

This can be a great thing to have to backup information, but it is very confusing. I had to pay $100 to have Geek Squad put my info from my Mac laptop to my new Apple laptop and onto the external hard drive. It is all very confusing and instead of paying an extra $100, better directions or support would have been more helpful.
