The thing about HDD's though is to make sure you don't move them or drop them while they're powered. This due to the fact that is has mechanical moving parts and a spinning disk. The good thing is there is a warranty on these that allow you a free replacement for a "defective" drive.

Great Hard Drive Compared To Seagate

Liked it so much I bought one for mom as a gift to backup her pictures. She also so far has no issues. I owned two Seagate drives prior to these with both of them failing before one year. I will never use a Seagate drive again. this drive is easy to store to take anywhere. I take the time to read reviews before I buy and believe this is a good product for the price.
