I purchased this item to expand my memory on my Xbox one. Very simple just plug and play after formatting. Games run just as smoothly if not slightly faster than internal hd. I highly recommend this for anyone needing additional storage on Xbox or laptop. No issues

Western Digital has always been in my eyes The Best of the Best. I have never ever since computers were first assembled ever had a problem with Western Digital. Either at work or at home they always stood up to the task and delivered without any problems whatsoever.

I bought this external drive so that I could back up my PC before upgrading to Windows 10. All I had to do was attach it with the included cord and hit "Backup". It was quick and easy. I have not tried to restore my PC from the drive, so I can't say if that worked.

This product met my expectations. I was able to secure my information and that was great.

I have tons of these portable drives and have never had a problem with the Western Digital ones. In fact, they're probably slightly more reliable than the Seagate ones I've run through, as I have yet to have one of them fail on me. They're definitely not the fastest or the slimmest drives I've ever used, but if you need cheap storage to take around with you, these are definitely worth a look.

This is a great little HDD. Compact and only 1 cable needed; unfortunately it's not a standard USB at the drive end so it has to be the cable supplied. The 1TB may be too small for someone with a lot of photos, videos and music. But it's perfect for my needs.

I used this to backup my PS4 before I added a new hard drive. It worked pretty well and downloaded the data pretty fast. I plan to use as an expansion drive to my Tivo.

Plugged it in and worked great to backup my stuff!

This external HD has more memory for the same price as a med flash drive. Great deal!!!!

I am not sure what I am doing wrong but it does not seem to be down loading everything at once. I am sure I am doing something. Directions are a little vague for me.

Have always had good luck with Western Digital products. This external is no exception. Only needed less than 1TB so when I found this at my local Best buy for less than 60 bucks, I was happy. Have used it for a while now and am still pleased with my purchase.

Since I began using my WD Passport hard drive I no longer store any data on my laptop. Not only is this a more secure way of saving your data, but it does not take up space on your device. I even have 2 of them so I can have a backup of my data.

I purchased the WD - My Passport Ultra 1TB External because I needed to save documents and photos that were on my computer. This is an awesome product, I love the color, it's very easy to use, and now I dont have to delete my old documents. I'm a happy customer.
