Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard drive's ease of use, ample storage, and reliable performance. Many appreciate its compact size and find it to be a good value for the price. The USB connectivity is also frequently praised. While some users found the included software less than intuitive, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern.

Convenient way to back up files
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My previous external drive was much larger physically but smaller capacity-wise and had an external power source so it was more awkward to use. This drive simply connects to my pc using a USB connector. I am much more likely to backup files because of the ease of use.

Great bachup drive for the money
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent device, but be very careful to not move the USB cable accidentally. However if you do, don't follow their advice about reformatting the drive. Shut down the computer, try to carefully remove the USB connection and put it back into the USB port and then power up the computer. This has worked 2 times for me.
