Customer Ratings & Reviews

I have had other Passport portable drives in the past, and have had zero problems in the past. Fast and reliable, what I like and need.

I tend to transfer a lot of data to these drives to deliver data to customers. The transfer speed is a little slower than on previous models, but still satisfactory. You don't get enterprise speed on a USB powered drive.

I purchased this after seeing it available at my local Best Buy online. It was on sale and just what I wanted. No complaints here.

Purchased one of the for my wife PC. Comes with speed cable for quick up and down loading. Went and bought one for my Mac as well.

Lots of storage in a compact package. Little or no instruction included for initial setup, but online instructions are more complete.

I've tried other hard drives with a few, not all that they're cracked up to be, this one seems to be holding steady, time will tell.

Super easy to install and setup...was downloading games in seconds. My son was so excited to be able to have so many more games!

Came with getting some data pulled off an old no longer working computer. Works perfectly.

It was a pretty dece hard drive not gonna lie, main problem was that it didn't work with Mac straight out of the box you have to change up some settings here and there, nothing a quick Google question can't fix though.

Perfect for my needs. I use this as a network backup on my router. I love the sleek and streamline look and it works perfectly.

The passport is a great tool to store files for backup and travel for work. The passport also saved me when my hard drive crashed.

Never had one before. It was given to me when I purchased my iMac Desktop. I enjoy knowing my back up is ongoing as a safety zone.

Good hard drive decent price bought it for my xbox one and I don't really notice too much load time for any of my games or downloads

I love how portable and light this hard drive is! I previously owned a WD external hard drive and I am really happy with this brand!

The product is very good once you figure out how to use it. I had to go back to the Geek Squad 3 times to get it to do what I wanted-store all my music CDs in a format that lets me sort them easily and build playlists.

I purchased this product to use with my MacBook Air. I had to do extra steps for it to work, which is why I didn't give a 5 star rating. However, this product is a good buy and I have been happy with this purchase.

Your sales representative convinced me that this item would download my data from my PC and allow me to transfer that to a new PC.

Great inexpensive SSD to upgrade an older PC. This drive brought my 2010 i7 PC back to life. It bought me couple of more years.

Light weight, Can store all my files. USB3.0 compatible Purchased the drive when this was on sale, and this was a great buy.

I use this hard drive for my Xbox One, installing games since the internal hard drive is so small. Does the job and I loved it.
