I used WD drive before , this is my second purchase of WD drive . Its reliable and faster for storing the data

The passport usbthat i bought was not good it was defeated and when i transfer my photos in the device i wasn't able to get my photos back i lost everything

I already had one, I use it all of the time and decided I wanted a second on, already thinking of getting another

Wanted this to put all our photos on and to free up space on my laptop. It does exactly what I wanted and needed.

Easy to use. Backed everything up by geek squad. It was in apple mode and easy to upload info on my new mac.

This is an easy backup for your computer. I am not super computer literate, but I had no trouble whatsoever!

No problems with this external storage unit. It is primarily used to store video for a media call in college.

The hard drive worked fine; I purchased it to keep all of my personal files, photos, iTunes purchases, etc.

I got this for my backup. not sure how well it works yet- I did have to go to apple to configure it ecause it is for windows. the store did not say this.

This is one of the best purchases I made in a while. With the size of this Hard Drive I was able to back-up not only my computer but my tablet and my wifes tablet and netbook and still have way more than half of the drive left. Now if any of our devices crash, I have ALL my our files saved.....I LOVE IT!!

I only buy Western Digital external hard drive nowadays. They are always good quality and never die on me.

Lots of storage and easy to use. I used it to store photos, music and videos.

Got this for my nephew to expand the storage space of his Xbox one. Plugged in and was recognized instantly.

I backup my important files twice a year and the backup drives are getting smaller and smaller so that's good.

I had an old Passport backup drive. It worked well but was out of date regarding support and software. So I went with this latest iteration and have had no complaints. Software installed effortlessly and backups go well but I wish there were more "on screen" information. It backed up all files save for the "bin" file that is not important. I might add that I haven't attempted any "restore" with the device and, of course, that might change my opinion.

It is great product, little expensive dough. However you need to pay better for better product. Isn't it?

I replaced a similar product which was much heavier and thicker with this one and it is a marked improvement.

It's a great reliable product that gets the job done. It's also a good price in comparison to other brands.

this hd is very simple to use. Plug in & it's pretty much ready to go. Do not have to be a techie to use.

It is a good product to store my games. It will hold up to 2 terabytes of memory so that is a lot of memory.
