I was looking for an external drive to backup all my photos from my PC. The 1tb size seemed big enough to handle all my photos. The drive was easy to use - took seconds to set up.

I have two of these - the metal is supposedly better, but they're both good. Size is small but quality it holds is huge for me. Also the speed for backups or copying is very fast.

After purchasing a new computer, I needed a method to copy files from my old computer. A portable hard drive seemed the best option plus it gave me an additional drive for future backups. The WD-MyPassport was "plug and go" requiring no installation. It's fast and did everything I required.

I purchased this hard drive for myself after countless hard drive failures that have left me without important pictures, documents, and music files. The software was easy to install and the backup was painless. I just let it do it's thing overnight and now it sits in a drawer for future use.

I love these small portable backup drives. Single USB cord that gets power from the computer. Easy to carry or simply attach to the computer as a backup drive and forget about it.

I bought this after a friend of mine told me how easy it is to use a portable hard drive. I can put so many pics on here and know that my special moments/memories will be safe.

I have only had this hard drive for a few weeks but so far it has been great. It was a great price for a large amount of disk space in a small package. Great to travel with.

This product was easy to use. It has freed up so much space on our desktop at home. Which in turn has improved the performance and speed of our computer and given us more freedom.

This was my first external storage drive and it is great. fast transfer and easy file management. Easy file transfer back too. The only downside I found is the cord that is used to access the drive is a one of a kind. I would recommend this based on the last few monthes I have used it.

This is a great product, very easy to use, and is such a small great size I can take it with me whenever I take my laptop! Good price on sale and I used my rewards dollars too!
