Working perfectly and my games are loading so much faster

I purchased this WD Passport to replace an older Seagate drive that was still functional but used 2 USB connections for operation. I had some issues using it with USB 3.0 systems. This drive has worked flawlessly so far & based on previous WD drives I believe it will continue to do so.

It has plenty of backup storage for pics,documents and other files.It can even be used for extra drive for Xbox.Its small compact size makes it a good choice for my needs.

I personally got this to add extra storage to my Xbox one and it works perfect I have no complaints

Use this to backup my computer. Not sure it's better than a flash drive,but my husband thought so.

This is my first experience with a portable hard drive. I have previously used thumb drives. All in all, I think the drive is a good one that will let me store more data and free up my computer. I do not have much in the way of photos so I do not anticipate problems with space. I had the mistaken idea that using an external hard drive is similar to using a thumb drive, but it is a bit more complicated. The installation and setup processes were confusing to me. I was not sure which setup files I was using or why. I think I inadvertently backed up to the cloud which I did not want to do. Hopefully, the Geek Squad can help me with this. The drive comes without warranty of any kind which I found to be a bit disconcerting. When I moved my files over to the drive, I got a message advising me that not all of my files were able to be moved, but it did not tell me which ones. Going forward, I think I will really like having an external hard drive.

This is my second WD Drive. I now have one connected to each computer to maintain ongoing backups of our data. The small size and large capacity is perfect for our needs.

It does exactly what he's supposed to do, and is easy to organize store pictures, music and videos.

I got this Western Digital Passport to combine the other 2 i have. My boys each want one, so i figure ill give them each one. I like the speed of transferring with this passport. My other ones are also Western Digital. I have not had any problems with any of them. Just plug and go.

Its a good HD and has a lot of space to work on my video projects. Good hard drive to work with.

I use this drive (Wd - My Passport Ultra 1tb External Usb 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive) to make backups of my PC (disk images). It is fast, portable and plenty of storage.

Easy to use and great to have when you have Hugh documents and large pics but don't have a lot of gigs on your pc. You can safely store all your precious files and photos.

Extremely easy to use. All I needed to do was plug it in and move my files over. So far so good!

This compact portable hard drive is fast and reliable. The blue color is really sharp and looks great. Operates on USB 3.0. Security software is built in and easy to operate.

I purchased as a storage device to back-up all of my important files, as well as a place to put the system restore files for my laptop. It works great and is very portable!

My other back up disc was starting to go so I purchased a new one. Even though they are by the same company it appears to work differently. I eventually figured out how to transfer documents but need to do some additional reading on how to conduct a full back up. The directions are not very clear but it seems to work. Take the time to read the directions and figure it out before using because there are changes in the product.

My wife's computer crashed, which she uses at home for both personal and business. Only a fraction was able to be rertrieved. Had we had one of these, we wouldn't have lost anything and it cost less than what we paid for the service time on the bench. A neighbor, who works in IT, reccommended this one for us and provided a link for it on Amazon. However, to my delight, it was in stock at my local Best Buy. And not only at the same price, but we got a gift card included with the purchase ! So now we have 2, one for her's and my computer. It is very easy to set up and program to do back ups each day automatically.

We have had several My Passport drives, all of which are still in use. Its small size makes it very easy to carry where we need it, and it has never given us any trouble.
