great price, easy to use, however need to know how to convert it to work with apple computer.

These WD hard drives have never failed me yet. I use them for mass data storage and provide to my clients. WD is my go to brand.

Easy and quick setup. Great value for 1TB of storage. Have used this manufacturer before.

Bought this item because it was on was and just needed a place to store my music overall it works great!! However I should of read the box and bought the one specific for macs because this general one needs to be formatted if you have a Mac which was a little pain in the butt!!!

The item hooked right up with no compatibility issues. It's fast, small, and works great.

So far awesome back up portable hard drive. Small easy to transport and easy to hook up.

I had a backup storage device from this Manufacturer before for many many years and it was great (still is but getting full). The one is much smaller and has a far greater capacity and so far has been every bit as good and my other which by the way, is still working and holding many backups which I frequently go look for something.

Very easy to use and it is compact, which makes it easy to store or take along with you.

Great drive, quick and easy to set up with my Xbox One, doubled my hard drive capacity.

Cannot ask for a better hard drive for the price. I trust the brand and never failed me

Good for convenient backup. Drive is powered from the USB port so no power cable is required. I have about a dozen of these in the various capacities for different backups.

Got this little HD to expand my memory on my xbox one. It works great for that purpose.

Great drive. A lot of space, and excellent price. Transfers data fast and very portable.

Small and compact so you could transport it which is much better than my last external HD.

My external hard drive purchase is easy to use, compact in size, and I am very satisfied.

I had a WD external drive for backup some years ago and thought that this drive would operate similarly, but it is a little less intuitive to operate. I'm using it to backup my personal computer that has over 600 GB memory used but when I selected the "C" drive to be backed up, I got the message that there was insufficient space. I had to select fewer folders in order to get the backup of 250 GB to begin. I haven't yet figured out how to view how many gigabytes the backup takes on the WD drive. I have gotten it to backup on a regular basis, but it takes close to 12 hours to complete the backup each time. Overall, I am satisfied with having a backup of my most critical files, but I will have to review the operating manual to get more out of this backup drive.

Does well when transporting and traveling but more storage my desktop! Fast transfer rate.

This drive is small in size but large in capacity. Great for backups and storing photos.

I love these portable drives. Remember when 1T was huge. Now they are so compact and fit in my laptop bag no problem. Price was consistent with everywhere I looked.

Only problem that I have had is that it sometimes becomes unresponsive on my Windows 10 system if I haven't accessed it for a while. As I am presently using it as a location for my system image backup and weekly system backups, this has not been a significant issue for me.
