Customer Ratings & Reviews

This had been the perfect solution to all my storage concerns. Light, portable and quality.

My Passport Ultra 1TB External USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive - Classic Black is compact and reliable.

I use this for files and photos. It's small lightweight and holds a great number of videos and photos.

The drive is small, fast and easy to set up. The backup software was a snap to setup, and works well.

Small enough to carry along yet large enough to store documents, music and a ton of movies to boot!

I've had terrible drives like Seagate and Toshiba's with drive failure and precious data loss. Western Digital is legendary for QC and making amazing drives! I will buy no HDD's BUT Western Digital for precious data. This was purchased for Xbox One usage as it's USB 3.0 compliant! Works like a charm! It's afforable and perfect for plugging into the back of the Xbox one and portable if you need to take it to another person's house.

Love it very much bit only is it easy to use but did exactly what we needed and for a good price!!

This external Hard drive is the best one I have ever purchased. The automatic backup is simple to use after I called the tech center. Their Tech center staff are very helpful and explain what I was doing wrong and in fact gave me a better program than what can with the hard drive. I would highly suggest anyone who wants a reliable external drive to buy this one. Great company that stands behind their product with great tech service

This ext. memory is exactly what i was looking for: sufficiently small, good capacity, good speed

Good value considering the significant amount of data we had to transfer. Easy to use. No issues.

As a photographer I use this to back up my photo library. This is my second drive. Very reliable.

Very convenient to use and excellent storage capacity. Small compact size makes it easy to carry

Really great external drive at a great price. Very reliable.

Great little hard drive when on the go to store movies, music etc. Compact & extremely reliable

I like my WD passport ultra. It is small and light. Easy to carry with you if you need to grab it and go. Lots of space on it. Easy to set up. It did take me a few times to figure out where my files were being stored on the hard drive. I definitely would recommend this product.

Very easy to put together and use. So far no double at all. I would recommend and buy again

Works great, plenty of space and a good price!! I will pretty much never run out of storage

I really like this external hard drive, inexpensive, tons of space, small and it runs fast.
