I recommend it to anybody who wants to transfer pictures from the computer

I hooked this up to my Netgear R8000 router as a cloud/media drive. Works fast and is reliable! Highly recommend!

Service was slow had to wait for 10 minutes for help! But after that I was helped just fine Went well in and out!

I purchased this to free up room on my hard drive. The software has worked seamlessly with my WIn 7 pro install.

It was very simple to back up all my computer information as to not loose anything while transferring to my new computer. But, it took a couple of hours.

Excellent drive with enough capacity. Encryption option is a real plus for those looking to use this on the go.

I have bought 2 of these so far, one for myself and one for a friend its awesome for the xbox one. Installs games perfectly and doesnt slow down. Havent tried on my pc as its meant for my xbox so I cant give an opinion on that. For the price its a well worth investment for xbox one gamers out there.

I do not know a lot about hard drives so thankful for Geek Squad. Easy to use, compact. As good as any other.

Purchased this item as a main drive for my gaming device. The quality is great and the price couldn't be beat.

Great purchase save me a lot of money on not having to buy another computer or multiple flash drives. I was really happy that I didn't have to wait I order it online it was already in stock so that was a time- savor. The salesman was extremely friendly and knowledgeable I felt very welcome and that store

This hard drive has been working just fine for the ~6 months I've been using it - no complaints at all! One big thing for Mac users, though–remember you'll need to format this (and many other) external hard drives, so it will take a little instructions-following and time before you can save out files.

Bought this for my daughter's laptop to keep her school work and other important files automatically backed up.

Much faster write speed than my previous portable drive. Built in password protection is a good added benefit.

Bought this to move files off an old compter. Works great. Faster transfer than moving to cloud or other service. Have several WD drives over the years and always have worked well if not abused.

Works great for my Xbox one! Easy plug and play and definitely a better price than the one "made" for the one.

My son is 13. He didn't have any problems using it. It was great and doing a great job backing up everything.

Seems very well made and sturdy. File transfers are quick. So far, I've been really pleased with the drive.

Great to use with xbox1. Bought it to add memory to the xbox 1 after the recommendation from Best Buy staff.
