Customer Ratings & Reviews

Easy to set up, no problems. Did all that was advertised. For an "older" person, this device was very friendly and did not cause me any anxiety. Followed the directions and everything was saved in a moment.

I've been quite pleased with this portable HD. It's the perfect size to slip into a work bag or pocket while on the go. I've set up a schedule to automatically download new files to the HD on a weekly basis. Just what I needed.

Super easy to use. My HD crashed and wasn't backing up properly. I lost many years of data and had to send it to a forensic recovery lab. $$$$$ I'll get one of these every year and back up to it and the cloud from now on.

I have always had good luck with My Passport external hard drives.

I have used WD HDD's before and only once have they failed me. Learned my lesson...do not fill these portable hard drives to capacity. Always leave some room on the disk and you shouldn't have a problem. Works as advertised.

This device suited my purposes well and so far is very dependable.

Great Item brought for my grandson for Christmas and he loves it.

These are the best source to back up files. Fast and easy to use.

I bought this to use as a backup for my hard drive. I didn't use the installed software so I can't say if it is good or not. On a USB 3.0 connection that read and write speeds are quick. This is great portable drive to have!

I like this product because of the space and it was easy to setup

I work in IT so an external hard drive is a must for PC/laptop images, programs, installation tools, and files. This definitely comes in handy at work and is thin and easy to carry around in my work bag.

This is a wonderful product for extra storage for an Xbox one..

Always have good luck with this vendor. Excellent backup device.

thanks for helping me pick out this item, I appreciate your help

Worked great stored all my stuff onto unit. Highly recommended

I needed something to load data while computer was being fixed.

The products worked as intended to upload all photos and manage

I bought this discontinued 1TB passport dr because it was on sale for 40 bux and I had a 10 dlr giftcard. For approx 33.6 dlrs, it was worth it. To test the dr, I ran one full cycle of writing zeros and verifying. There was not a single error. It took a long while because the PC used did not hv any USB 3.0 port. Highly recommended!!!

This is the best for backing up my wife's laptop. It did take longer to install than I thought it should. But all in all it works fine.

A great external drive, for adding more memory, or just backing up your files. I like to use an external drive for backups, because I do NOT trust any "cloud" nonsense! Clouds are in the sky, not for backing up your stuff!!!
