Customer Ratings & Reviews

The products worked as intended to upload all photos and manage

I bought this discontinued 1TB passport dr because it was on sale for 40 bux and I had a 10 dlr giftcard. For approx 33.6 dlrs, it was worth it. To test the dr, I ran one full cycle of writing zeros and verifying. There was not a single error. It took a long while because the PC used did not hv any USB 3.0 port. Highly recommended!!!

This is the best for backing up my wife's laptop. It did take longer to install than I thought it should. But all in all it works fine.

A great external drive, for adding more memory, or just backing up your files. I like to use an external drive for backups, because I do NOT trust any "cloud" nonsense! Clouds are in the sky, not for backing up your stuff!!!

Went into store with intention of buying this HD after going online research Best price I could find anywhere on this specific product.

Western Digital has made a compact, portable USB hard drive. It is easy to use. Within 5 minutes of receiving the drive, I had a data backup in progress. The ability to password protect the drive allows for data security.

Worked great for backing up my girlfriend's laptop, very fast

A lot of space for such a small hard drive. Easy to use.

Easy to use, great amount of storage space. Not very big

Pros: Everything you would want or expect from WD. Cons: None.

Utilized this as my first back up hard drive after purchasing a new Macbook Pro. So far, it has given me no problems and all of my files are easily retrieved when needed. Its always nice to have a backup of everything.

This item was bought as a gift for my brother a business owner who travels and he can carry his entire home computer on this little box and axcess it from his laptop without slowing down his laptop with to much data.

I like the actual computer.....I'm not a big fan of Window 10 though. Customer service at the store was wonderful...especially Bo!!

Western Digital Passports are the best portable external hard drives you can buy. They might cost a little more than Seagate, but they're a lot more reliable - every Seagate drive I've ever owned has died way too soon.
