Just the right amount of extra storage, I purchased 2 of these 1TB WD external Hard Drives in the past you wont be disappointed.

I was deciding between this and the Seagate hard drive but heard from several of my techy friends that work in video editing jobs that require hard drives to store a lot of there media storage that WD Passport was the way to go! I have owned mine for 2 months and have not had no issues. I gave a 4 star because there's a small process before setting it up that you need to go through in order for it to work on MAC computers. It wasn't difficult but not convenient for Mac OS users. If you don't already know how.. you will mostly likely be looking up a YouTube video on how to format hard drive to work for Mac. There is also no "TimeMachine" on it for Mac like Seagate Hard drives. Other than that it's an overall snappy hard drive with no major issues!

This is a great external USB hard drive to save my homework assignments and light enough to transport with me everywhere I go.

I bought two of these for my sons. They use them as backup for their Xbox Ones. They seem to work great. No complaints here.

Honestly I purchased this to use for my Wii U! So far I've had NO issues with it! It does what it's supposed to LOL recommended

connection was easy.no power needed. The product is durable.

I use this to store files for use when traveling to client sites. I use it everyday with my laptop. Durable, portable and light.

Did what was needed to accomplish a backup. Plug in and go.

Purchased to store extra photos and not have to buy multiple flash drives and lose. This is great because of all the storage.

The external hard drive works great. The price was fair. The software for backing up was also a plus. Satisfied with the product

My wife needs to teach discographies, and she needs lots of music at the same place, and this device has given this to her.

Easy to setup and will backup on a schedule, just keep it plugged in or plug in on a regular basis and it does all the work.

This is a very good portable hard-drive, with enough storage space for basic personal use, and great speed when transfering

This little hard drive is small in size but large in capacity. I was able to back up an entire hard drive with room to spare.

This is a solid reliable drive. Not as reinforced as the some of the more expensive drives but good for light portable duty.

It was so easy to set up and it works quick. I backed up my old laptop on this and I didn't have a problem at all. Easy to use.

I got as a back drive and to use it so I could swap out my hard drive with a ssd on my pc. Easy to hook up and easy to use.

THIS DEVICE GIVES ME MORE PEACE OF MIND AND IS EASY TO USE.

This replaced a desktop external hard drive that failed. So far it is doing everything the other one did in a smaller package.

Used this to back up files before upgrading to windows 10. update went well so did not try to use files that I saved to it
