So far, this external hard drive has worked out really well as a time machine backup with my MacBook Pro.

This is a great external hard drive. Doesn't require separate power cable and is small for easy carrying.

Easy to use, works well and loaded necessary drivers once plugged in. I would highly recommend this device.

Very tiny, good space, light on weight, fast USB and very good to stick with the Tv to watch some movies.

Easy to use device that required very little set-up. The included instructions made getting started a breeze.

Always works, always great, easy to use and great sleek look! Haven't had an issue yet with Western Digital

Bought this specifically for backups. I have used it on windows backup and for time machine backups on a mac.

I've had my drive for a couple months. I partitioned it for Mac and PC, backups everything up perfectly!

Bought this drive for my xbox 1. I plugged it via USB and it worked fine. The only complaint I have is that the white blinking activity light on the drive can get annoying in a very dark room.

I download music daily and I don't see myself filling this up. It's also very easy to use. Just plug it up.

I use this as a way to store all of my photos while on vacation. I save each day's photos in the evening. It is fast and compact making it each to travel with. It is rugged and travels well.

Bought it for my wife and she loves it. Stores both work and personal items from spreadsheets to pictures.

It was easy to set up. Just plug it in basically and the computer recognizes it. It seems to be working fine. I haven't used it that much yet.

This is very reliable storage product to use in office or home. The performance to price value is very high

I'm a field engineeer and run around with my laptop form site to site and at times need to pull data from the systems I work on. I used to just store all the data onto my laptop but then realized the storage on my laptop was starting to get full fast. So I grab on of these external HD and since I knew WD had a good reputation I chose it . Now I backup everything on to the WD and free up all that space on my laptop. Great to have on the go.

it does what it needs to get done. it's small and comes with a case which is a plus and very Light weight

Very small, but very quick 3.0 transfer rate. Great price. Bought for my sons XboxOne. Works great for it!

I purchased this product for a backup on my home computer, but it comes in handy for the on the go life.

Fast no problem while connecting. Western digital is good than seagate talking from personal experience
