It was easy to set up. Just plug it in basically and the computer recognizes it. It seems to be working fine. I haven't used it that much yet.

This is very reliable storage product to use in office or home. The performance to price value is very high

I'm a field engineeer and run around with my laptop form site to site and at times need to pull data from the systems I work on. I used to just store all the data onto my laptop but then realized the storage on my laptop was starting to get full fast. So I grab on of these external HD and since I knew WD had a good reputation I chose it . Now I backup everything on to the WD and free up all that space on my laptop. Great to have on the go.

it does what it needs to get done. it's small and comes with a case which is a plus and very Light weight

Very small, but very quick 3.0 transfer rate. Great price. Bought for my sons XboxOne. Works great for it!

Fast no problem while connecting. Western digital is good than seagate talking from personal experience

This is about the size of a package of microwave popcorn! Great backup and easy to use. Love it!!!

Needed a bigger hard drive for my Xbox One console. This does the job & the formatting is simple & quick.

This is the 2nd WD MyPassport we've had. Bought this one based upon prior experience. 'Don't really like it quite as well as the previous one. Icons are different and harder to figure out. Seems to do the job ok, but probably wouldn't recommend.

bought for my son in law for storage for his xbox. came highly recommended and is well worth the money

Western Digital passport drives have always worked great for me so I don't look elsewhere when buying.

Unit performs better than I expected. Backups are a snap. Doesn't require a degree in "geekese" to use.

This has really been such a great help getting all my important stuff backed up so I don't need to worry about losing it or having to delete something I find important, just to save space.

this product was reasonable priced and offers the security as well as the storage we were looking for

Bought this to use alongside my Xbox One. Real simple install. Took less than 2 mins. Plug and play.

Easy to set up. Relatively inexpensive and has adequate capacity for dumping all the photos taken with a smart phone so they don't use up the limited drive space available on my laptop.
