    Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard drive's ease of use, ample storage, and reliable performance. Many appreciate its compact size and find it to be a good value for the price. The USB connectivity is also frequently praised. While some users found the included software less than intuitive, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern.

Very portable in size. My only complaint is that I am having trouble with drivers for the device once I initially set it up. When I try to do auto backup is says driver is missing!
