I own three of these and use them all ... I even bought one for my grandson and he loves it

This came in handy when transferring files from an old computer to a new one...painless.

it was easy to install and use. normally electronic devices are not as simple to install

This works really well and is perfect for on the go travel. It's also very quiet and quick.

Purchased this to back up files and photos. Works great, easy to use and small and portable.

Got this for a Christmas gift and love it! No installation just plug it in and it works!

Very easy to use and very sturdy construction big enough to not lose small enough to store

Excellent portable external USB with large storage capacity and very useful for traveling.

the directions are not very well laid out - the tool is not iniutitive to set up. I am not sure if it is properly installed or has backed up my items. I will need to set up an appointment in the store to review how to use

The first one I bought broke 4 days later loosing all of my information. Luckily it was used as a backup and I still had it all on another drive. I bought a second one and I'm trying it now waiting to see how it goes.

Needed something to make a backup before upgrading to Windows 10, and this worked perfectly.

Bought this drive to back up some files on my computer. Works well and hasn't let me down.

Perfect for storing files you font always need access to. Holds all my files

This is a great way to keep all my photos in one place and its fast and easy to use!!!!

The hard drive is really fast at backing up my data, it's also small and very portable.

Handy product to have on hand in case you have to take your computer in to be serviced.

This is the best external I've ever purchased hands down and would recommend to everyone!

Always have been a fan of western digital external and internal hard drives. Nothing special compared to what they already have but it's definitely a reliable external.

When I plug my WD - My Passport Ultra 1TB External USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive into my computer, the computer fails to recognize the device. I have to unplug the device and plug it in again several times until my computer recognizes the device. This device replaces two other WD external hard drives which always worked properly, first time, every time. I think the USB cable may be too small for the computer ports. When the computer finally does recognize the device, the device works very well.

It works very good and I am satisfied with it and would purchase another one if needed.
