    Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard drive's ease of use, ample storage, and reliable performance. Many appreciate its compact size and find it to be a good value for the price. The USB connectivity is also frequently praised. While some users found the included software less than intuitive, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern.

Overall, a very nice back up device. I have used it on Windows 7, 8, 10 and Vista machines and it works great with all. It shows up in Windows Explorer as a seperate drive (My Passport) and you can cut & paste or move files as you would a folder on your hard drive. The only negatives I have found so far is the short USB cable length (16") and the white LED that seems to be always on.
