    Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard drive's ease of use, ample storage, and reliable performance. Many appreciate its compact size and find it to be a good value for the price. The USB connectivity is also frequently praised. While some users found the included software less than intuitive, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern.

I have used nothing but WD back-up drives for years and been very happy. However, I must have become dumb over the years, because I hace had nothing but problems. It is probably me, but I would expect clearer instructions on installation and usage. I still love WD, but would be very careful the next one I buy.

I haven't really figured out how to work it yet. I tried to get Geed Squad to show me how but you needed and appointment and I didn't have time to wait. Plus I didn't have my computer back from repair yet. If I don't figure it out soon I will try to get back to Best Buy and have them show me how it works.
