Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard drive's ease of use, ample storage, and reliable performance. Many appreciate its compact size and find it to be a good value for the price. The USB connectivity is also frequently praised. While some users found the included software less than intuitive, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern.

Excellent external disk drive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Already have one of these disk drives and wanted another for additional portable and convenient storage. The drive I had already has been problem free and expect this new drive to be the same quality. Been using the new drive for several weeks and has met my expectations.

My son loves it!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this specifically for my son to use for his Xbox One as a external for his games. He loves it and uses it all the time. He unplugs and takes with him to his mothers house and has had not one issue with hardware or any other issues. Plug and play. It's great.

Great value and product
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This was so easy to use from the first time you plugged it in. It is definitely an item where you plug in and just start click and dragging. There is no possible way that you can use all of this storage. Would definitely recommend to all looking for an external hard drive.

Bought for travel photography, and worked out well
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has enough storage for thousands of RAW photos. Survived through TSA X-rays, and the cold of the airplane. Feels a little fragile, so get a case or something to protect it.

Good purchase
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Worked as advertised. Only caveat is to make sure you are not using an older OS. Windows XP machine would not recognize the drive, but worked great on a Windows 7 machine.
