Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard drive's ease of use, ample storage, and reliable performance. Many appreciate its compact size and find it to be a good value for the price. The USB connectivity is also frequently praised. While some users found the included software less than intuitive, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern.

Excellent storage device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Simple plug and play technology let me quickly copy all my files over so I don't have to worry about losing them if my laptop's SSD fails. This drive is actually has more storage that my previous drive had and it's about 20% smaller too. Great buy.

Great backup device
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Was looking for a backup device before switching a computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and this fit the bill perfectly. After upgrading I continue to use it to back up the computer on a continuous basis. For the price this has been a great solution.

Works just fine
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I didn't run any of the start-up software... I just plugged it in and used it like a thumb drive or any other external drive. It worked just the way I wanted it to. If I get bored later, I'll read the instructions so I can do auto-backups instead of manually doing "copy and save." This unit is only 1 TB, so there might be better deals out there soon for 2 TBs for just a few dollars more.
