Customers are saying
Customers enjoy the My Passport Ultra 1TB external hard drive's ease of use, ample storage, and reliable performance. Many appreciate its compact size and find it to be a good value for the price. The USB connectivity is also frequently praised. While some users found the included software less than intuitive, the positive feedback on other features outweighs this concern.

Affordable, Well Made External Drive
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This drive came preloaded with what I assume was helpful software for the average user to back up a computer. I chose to repartition and reformat the drive so that I could use the entire available space. Luckily, there was nothing that stopped me from doing this, and it made me happy. I'm now able to use the drive like it were a typical USB flash drive.

Very Fast
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I've used only Western Digitals for internal hard drives. Their externals seem just as high quality. The USB 3 interface is extremely fast.

Great for on-the-go photo and file storage.
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this product after malware caused major havoc in my computer. This should ease concerns about protecting photos, files, etc., as this Passport can be set to automatically back up this data both local and cloud. It can also be encrypted to keep this information private and secure. It is compatible with Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows Vista.
