I decided I needed a HD Back Up just in case I dropped my Laptop. Went to Best Buy and they recommended this HD. It seems to work good. Easy Plug and Play. I will never know how good it is unless I kill my Laptop.

No issues with hard drive. Easy to use and reliable.

I was looking for an external drive to store my photos on and to use as a back up drive. I did not know what drive would be best for me. The sales person lead me through the many drives that are available at Best Buy and recommended this one for my use. The drive is fast, works great and there was no set up required to use it.

Fast loading plug and play good value compact. Chose the brand because of reliability

Small, compact, holds a lot of storage. Used this to transfer my movie collection to, still have plenty of storage space.

The passport is easy and convenient to install and use. After plugging it in to a Windows 7 laptop, it was almost immediately useable as a remote drive and made the backup of a lot of files that I didn't want exposed to a system upgrade. I could then take all of them to the new system and copy them back. Very useable.

This is a life saver. It's small but packs a punch!

Great product for a reasonable price, easy to use.

Upload and download speeds are very fast. I use it for all my RAW photos and haven't had any issues with the upload speeds

Small enough for my desk, and perfect for travel..

I bought this to take pictures and old files off an older modeled computer. Uploaded really quick and easy. A life saver!!

Good product for the price. It is slim and compact.

I have several external hard drives for backing up several computers plus some dedicated just to photos or music. I have always found WD to be reliable, and the sale price at Best Buy was excellent. I prefer to support my local retail stores whenever possible, and they matched Amazon. Their service is excellent.

I purchased this drive to back up in clone a Mac hard drive as I migrated to a new computer. It's giving me peace of mind to know that I can store my entire hard drive via clone to this drive. I gave my old Mac to my wife and she happily uses it and I know that at any point I can access all the files if I need to.

The item is for my computer, so don't have anything special to say, except it is very useful for what I purchased it for.

Works very well. More than adequate for my computer. Like that it is compact and easy to take with me when I travel.
