Easy plug n play set up. I use it for auto back up and to manually save files directly to it. I like that I can set it to auto backup up different drives at different times, and I can check to see when the last back up occurred. Works as hoped!

Looking for more storage at a good price and performance. This unit met my objective.

I have used this Passport Ultra for almost three months now and it has worked great. I have another Passport that I also use for other files. I have been using that Passport for about six months. I am pleased with both of them.

I was hesitant at first to purchase this to expand the memory of my Xbox one. Figured it would have a long setup process, but I was wrong. It was as simple as plugging it into the back of the Xbox using the USB cord it came with.

I bought the WD My Passport Ultra 2 TB External USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive to backup all my photos, videos and recipes. It is very easy to use. Just plug it into your pc and transfer your photos. So easy. I highly recommend it.

My Back Up Drive Failed and I needed a new one. The old BU was a standard size. I could have purchased a new drive and installed it in the old Simple Tech aluminum case but the price and process did not encourage me to go this route. Instead, I purchased the WD - My Passport Ultra 2TB External USB 3.0/2.0 Portable Hard Drive - Titanium. Right price and was up and operating in no time.

2T memory fits my needs. Size is convenient. Wish it came with a protective case.

Has great transfer times. Having 2 terabytes of storage is also great. If you need portable storage, this is the drive for you. Will purchase another if the occasion is needed but not anytime soon. Thanks for a great product!!!

I've had this external hard drive for a few months now. I use it for comp backup, and storage. I've previously had 2 other WD drives and they have all worked great, so I figured I'd stick with this brand. 2TB size is awesome.

I have several in case one fails, and prefer to keep my files on a portable or external in case of computer crashes. easy to share files, as all that is needed is plug n play.

This product was recommended to me by a family member, and when I picked it out, the salesman said that I had made a great choice and told me it was as good, if not better than a higher price brand. I couldn't agree more.

perfect expansion for the xbox one. no power cable needed, powers right off of USB cable, and it's tiny.

I took a basic mac class at best buy and backing up my Mac was discussed. After the class I purchased my passport and was happy the price was less then I expected to pay and easy to use. My first time backing mac up.

the portability of the drive and the Ease of use and the performance is great

I got it for thr xbox one to hold my games. It works great. The only issue with it is you have to format it right away on a computer. You also have to remove all the partitions on it in order to work for the console.

This hard drive operated smoothly and quickly. No 12 step setup program here. Fast and compact. Works as I hoped and expected from a proven company. Fully expect to still be using it for at least five years no worries.

Purchased this drive because it did not require an external power supply and was password protect capable. The setup was easy. It is small and easy to pack. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend it.
