The 3.0 USB port allows you to transfer data very quickly.

This is the 4th one that I have purchased for our office. They are so easy to use and I know our important documents are being backed up and stored properly.

I was looking for large capacity portable drive with excellent performance. This product exceeds those requirements.

got it on sale for an excellent price, to serve as a backup device for my new computer. it works great! can't believe anything so tiny can hold so much data.

The WD 2tb My Passport disk drive has been great for all types of backups. The size is great and speed is fast. Its nice that the power comes from the USB port.

Good portable hard drive. Works fast and works quietly. Needs only one usb to run, with no extra power supply. Installed software is good and not too intrusive

Data transfer is fast and relaible, no issue so far transferring huge amount of data from desktp/laptop or portable disk to portable disk. Highly recommended.

So far so good! I have always used WD products and have not had any problems so far. Of course the real test will be when I need it most it will deliver!

I've had this for over a year now and it's still working great. I've even used it to transfer files from an old computer to a new one and the process was pretty seamless. The way it's formatted along with the software make it very easy for anyone to back up and retrieve backed up files.

The price is right, unit is small and unobtrusive, and the hard drive works just as well as anyone can expect an external hard drive to work. Great product.

this hard drive has been problem free, I have purchased other my passport portable drives and having more capacity and a great price was a perfect combination

Exactly as advertised. Definitely fast, I did everything on my laptop in minutes. More portable than many others, it's a perfect size. Would buy another.

WD makes reliable external hard drives and this one is just as good. I have backups of every digital device now stored on it, with lots of room to spare.

I use this with my Xbox One and it is awesome for adding more space for the huge games that are coming out.

I have bought several hdds, Ive wasted few of them by dropping them or so, I have dropped this one a few times and it's still working, highly recommended!

Does the job as expected. Lots of space and relatively fast to transfer files from solid state internal hard drive on my laptop to portable hard drive.

This is an awesome hard drive! Its a great price and works great! After you get passed the difficult installation (for Mac, which you have to look up instructions on line) its awesome! I am always on the go, working in remote areas, hiking, airports/airplanes, cars and this little hard drive tucks away easily into my backpack and I can work on it anywhere and it can handle my big video files.
