Using it to expand the storage in our XBox One console. Worked right away and hasn't had any problems.

I love this hard drive. It’s very compact for a drive that holds 2 terabytes. It comes with backup software, and a carrying pouch. It’s USB 3.0, but it works fine with USB 2.0. I am thinking about purchasing a second one when they go on sale again.

Overall I think is good product but with room for improvement on speed and price, I still think is one of the best external hard drives in the market

Product was easy to find in the store and was set up in less than 15 minutes. Instructions are adequate and the data stored is easily accessed.

I am using this device as a additional media file storage for a mac, so the software that was pre-installed never was used. I created the mac partition and started saving files. That's it. It works. About 5 mins from starting to open the package to storing files.

It's fast, has all the room I need, and is built well enough that dropping it a couple of times has not damaged it. I hope it lasts for years!

This drive is so easy to use and lightweight! I swear it took longer to take out of the packaging than to set up and use! Highly recommend!

this is a great hard drive for all your music, movies, pictures, for everything, it's just a Little big than the 1TB HD, but it is worth it.

I bought this hard drive to store music files for my drum machine. I like it because it's small and has plenty of space to store all my files.

The drive run quite and very fast even with USB 2. I don't know how long it will last but I owned three WD 500GB before and it still working.

This is my third WD Passport. I am very pleased with this product. I purchased my first one about 5 years ago and it is still going strong.

I have an older passport and this one is nicer and faster. It's good to have a backup just in case something goes wrong with the other one.

Great price for a 2 TB external hard drive. Had to convert it to work with a mac when I first connected it but has worked flawlessly since.

As promised, works great! I use it to download Video's and hook it right up to the USB ports in my TV's. Easy to use. Plug & Play literally!

Functions quite well, as a plain vanilla backup. The software that comes with it is bulky, unnecessary (unless you really want to use WD's backup s/w, etc, which i do not), and does not download properly (gets stuck in the middle of a very large download).

I was able to backup files on two laptops with memory to spare. It is the perfect way to save files you do not want to put up in a cloud.

I have been scanning all my old photos and wanted a second storage device for a backup of my treasured photos. This fills the bill wonderfully.

I use this for offshore work and it can get banged about quite a bit. I've never had any issues with this HD and continue to buy the WD brand only bigger storage whenever I need them. Durable and reliable, I continue to be impressed by this make and model.

I use my WD 2TB portable hard drive daily for my Mac. I use it to free my computer HD of daily use and keep all my iTunes and iPhotos on.
