Lots of space for backing up files

I take a lot of photos so its nice to have room for all of these. Also like that it's small and fits in a purse or bag for traveling; and it's very easy to use. I had some questions so I called their help desk. I received professional and excellent service from a person named Jason in Puerto Rico. He was most helpful in answering my questions.
