This Passport was easy to use as a "plug and play" option for our family's document storage needs. I was easily able to format it for both Mac/iOs and PC use. The staff at Best Buy was wonderful and very helpful in guiding me to the correct device. Thank you!

This drive is a nice small portable Drive. So far it seems to be fast enough for what I need it for. Copying pictures and videos the speed is awesome.

I purchased this drive as part of my backup strategy - scheduled backups to the cloud and on-demand backups to this drive. I use FreeFileSync (an excellent, free utility) for the on-demand backups to this drive. The drive was plug-n-play (as most drives are) and its transfer speed is fast enough for the volume of data I'm backing up. There isn't much else to say - it sits on my desk and works as intended.

Great external drive, works well, and quickly. Easy to use. Great for extra storage or when moving to a new computer.

I was doubting if HD files would playback on a USB but it's been no problem. These things have really gotten faster , smaller and more cost effective.

My Passport Ultra is the bomb 2TB of movies, songs, pictures I can take this anywhere hook it up to any computer or laptop This is a must have

Nice hard drive overall and nice inclusion of usb-c to usb adapter. If using with a mac you have to do an annoying setup work around the first time but then it’s standard

Solid backup storage device. If you have more than 2TB of data to backup, I don't know what to recommend. If you're a normal person this will more than handle your needs.

The hard drive is very good, Huge storage and very fast to use. I am using it for my laptop and see it's pretty fast.
