I have bought several of these and love them! Easy to use and compact to travel with or store. I am not a fan of the cloud and like hard backups. These are great! Also good for easy travel. Highly recommend!

Rather than buy the 1tb hard drive specifically made for XBox One I decided on this. I immediately went from 92% to 17% in how much memory I was using. I can now download countless games without an issue

This is working great to back up my PC's and iPhones.

Bought this for my sister, who had never backed up her Mac. It works like a dream. Apple's Time Machine recognized it without issue. She is doing backups on a weekly basis now. Have to start somewhere!

Bought this as an external drive for my Xbox One. As is typical for WD products, it works quite well. Fairly quick transfers and no issues with having games on there instead of the on board hard drive.

Sleek design, makes no noise, and it is very convenient and portable. I foresee this drive being used for years to come. Fast data transfer and so far no issues with corruption. Would highly recommend

I'm not super tech savvy, so I'm probably not the best person to be writing this review. But I bought this, and use it, and it does exactly what I need it to: store files! I have had no issues with it.

Like the 2TB, it does not play well with UASP USB-enabled controllers.

This hard drive is quite fast when using the USB 3 into another USB 3 input on a computer. Not designed to take a fall on the floor so be careful.

I have several of these for backing up my music files and pictures. These go on sale often and with the Best Buy price match, can pick up in-store conveniently at a price that matches any others.

Bought this for extra room when downloading Xbox games and it works great. Had it over a year and a half and it’s still not full yet but I’d buy another when I do run out of room.

I bought this Wd - My Passport Ultra 3TB hard drive to copy pictures from my laptop to it while traveling to insure a second copy of the pictures until I get home and transfer them to my desktop.

Large amount of storage for such a small device. Fast reads and writes. Runs cool to the touch. Virtually noiseless. I have purchased WD products for years and they have been very reliable.

I don't usually use the backup software... just back up my files... so this is hard to evaluate until you know how long it will last. Everything worked as it should on deployment. So far so good.

This harddrive is a great and easy way to store information at home or on the go. The best part is you dont need a power source for it, just plug into the computer and you are good to go.

This drive is surprisingly fast for such a large hard drive. I've had great luck with WD hard drives (this is replacing a Toshiba that started to glitch). For transferring 2Gs over, it was fast.

This very compact unit is not only great for backing up your hard drive, but it is especially useful in taking files like Lightroom CC with you for use off-site. Very fast copy capacity.
