I have not checked it, but I was recommended to get by the Geek Squad. I trust them fully and it appears to download every week. I probably should check it one of these days!!

No major complaint in regards to my purchase. Only thing is the having to wait for quite a while to speak to someone. But once I was waited on he was very helpful an courteous.

I'd been working on a short film - I'm not an editor, but I ended up editing. That's the way it works sometimes. I needed to get all the material to the director. It would have literally taken days to upload/download all the video. I bought this disk, formatted it in exFAT so I could get the material from my PC to the director's Mac, copied, and shipped overnight. It worked, he has the video. Perfect.

I originally took my computer in for service with my black tie warranty...After a few arguments I ended up having to purchase this hard drive and pay extra to have someone transfer my files. After a crazy battle with Geek Squad (and will never use that horrible and rude business again) I used the hard drive to install my files back onto my computer. I couldn't believe how easy it truly was and was extremely upset on how much I had to pay to have Geek Squad do it.
