Finicky Cord

If you even touch it a little while its plugged in, a message on my laptop pops up about it ejecting improperly. Its so frustrating. I already have uploaded a couple albums worth of photos, so I am unable to return it. Wondering how many others have had this problem? I saw one other reviewer mention this. If I perhaps have purchased a faulty cord, I would love for the company to send another. So irritating. Also note: I have about 5 other WD Passports, but not this specific version. I have always had success with them, up until this model.

External Hard Drive for Mac

The only way I know how to access the files is to type in jpeg and .mov in the search bar. I wish these files would be more readily accessible, but I guess the hard drive is okay...

Not bad, just difficult

It prompts downloading multiple apps/programs to use and is easy to mess up. The locking feature works well, once you figure it out, much like most of the rest of it.

Very disappointed

Very annoying. And now they say I can't send it back. A complete waste of money. I have always had good luck with WD hard drives, but I bought this after two other drives (one old, and one only 5 months old) died. This is the last straw and will be the last WD product I buy.
