I've had this backup storage unit for a few months now and it works great. It is sort of a set it and forget it sort of device. Fast, quiet and small. I would buy one again, or recommend to a friend.

This Hard Drive is superb. I got it to backup my files and for school files and it works great! It comes with built in security software so that you can lock your drive until you put the password in. The only thing that could be better is if they included a longer cord because that cord is much too short if you have a tower.

The product details was detailed enough and the product work well and it was a seamless effort to use at first time.

Works pretty slick - right out of the box. Only issue is some conflict with Windows Backup trying to run the show.

Great fast budget friendly buy. Lightweight Hard Drive travels with me everywhere. Great to have a Mobile Back Up Device with so much space because you never know when you are going to need Hard Drive Space!

This product was recommended by a Geek Squad member for my data recovery. It held all of my data, with plenty to spare. I found it fast and easy to use. I will now use it for periodic backup.

This drive is easy to use & looks good. It reads/writes quickly & so far works great on my laptop. I originally purchased for my dvr but the dvr doesn't recognize it. I was using a 500 gb wd before. I think the problem is with the dvr & not the drive. It was working fine before I updated my dvr.

The unit is small and light weight. Easy to set up. Basically plug in and go. Easy to transfer all my files for backup and plenty of storage space to accommodate my desktop as well as my laptop computers.

This is the way to go. Save all your photos,videos and music. Dont wait. This is a much needed purchase!

I was amazed at how seamlessly this transfer occurred. I am not computer savvy at all and I was able to transfer all my documents from my old PC to my new Mac flawlessly. Fast and easy.

Very pleased with my purchase. I went with the aluminum case instead of the plastic for added protection and I'm glad I spent the additional $10... It does the job and small enough to put in my laptop case when I'm on the go. Great purchase.

This WD hard drive is good as I expected, the price is fine since I can't get the black one in store as it was sold out.... The hard drive functions well and is totally worth the price.

I use this product to back up my desktop PC. I am impressed with the transfer speed and ease of use. I would definitely recommend this product , particularly for backup solutions.

I have two of these - the metal is supposedly better, but they're both good. Size is small but quality it holds is huge for me. Also the speed for backups or copying is very fast.

This is a very small, easy to carry, light weight device. User friendly for those who might not be invested in backing everything up but just want a device to save images and music.
