Simple and easy

I was able to transfer everything from my old hard drive to this new hard drive pretty easily- and now I have a lot more space. So far no problems.

data backup

It is simple to set up and use, and now I have a separate hard drive on which to keep sensitive data, family photos!

I am near the coast so this helps plan for evacuations. Now shopping for a digital dvr and may use this as my storage source for recorded shows as well.

Great for movie storage

It works fast when transfering the movies from my computer to the passport. I had one that i used for a few months that started messing up and since i had the 2 year protection plan they gave me a new one with no hassle. I would give it 5 stars but as I said my first one went down after a few months of use.
